Shipping Information

Choose your preferred shipping method at the order cart (select Estimate Shipping and Taxes). You will be asked for country and region before being presented with various shipping options. The system will estimate the charges based on the approximate shipping weight of the item.

Australia Post Shipping 

Most of our customers choose the Australia Post option, this is a very reliable service and takes around 7-10 days to most places unless the parcels are held by local customs. There are three types of service and we chose the one which is appropriate for the order. Low value international orders are send by Pack and Track International which is parcel post with tracking, but not available in all countries, Registered mail is what we use when pack and track is not available in your country. For larger value items such as Gamma Spectrometry Kits we use  EMS International Courier which takes around 5-7 days and deliver world wide.

the cost is around $30 for single items and around $80 for a full kit

FEDEX Shipping

This option means Fedex delivery it is the most expensive and fastest option if you need your order in a hurry. Cost is calculated at checkout. 

Pick up From Store

Choose this option if you want to come and pick up the order yourself or send your own courier to pick up. This option might be the quickest and cheapest option if your institution already has an account with a freight forwarding company such as Fedex or UPS. Please let us confirm when your order will be ready to pick up before booking your courier pickup.
