Small update for audio spectrometers.
Pulse Monitor now has Max wave height parameter.
Backstory: In BecqMoni there is a Pulse Monitor (View -> Pulse Monitor) which helps users setup Volume in operation system settings (pulse height should not be more than 100).

Meanwhile, there is some improvements (mostly bugfixes) since last my post.
