CZT from Lawrence Berkeley Natl Lab (LBNL) - help welcome

Hello everybody,
I recently bought a CZT coplanar grid detector on Ebay and I am struggling to find how to connect it. The label says "CZT COPLANAR-GRID DETECTOR -1500V DET. J3-L2413-1761-O1-SC 1CM3 LBNL" and has a Hirose (HRS) 4 pole bayonet connector plus a gold-plated coax connector.
The only info that I had been able to find on the net is a slideshow (attached) from Berkeley Lab showing exactly the can detector that I have but with no details on connections. These are some pics on the disassebled unit: I did some reverse engineering and I guess that the built-in amplifier works with dual +/-5V supply or lower. If anybody has some information and wouldn't mind to share, I would be happy to study everything before I attempt frying this nice can(supposing it isn't already blown by itself).
Best
