Starter with Kr85

hello,
in the last days I have find a starter for fluorescent lamp. Some of these old starters have Krypton as gas. It is Kr 85. But unfortunately, the content is very low and the starters are already 40 years old. Nevertheless I made the attempt and set 3 starter on the scintillator. These are my results.

Here is a text from a law from Germany. From 2001, these starter with kr85 are prohibited.

Gesetzliche Grundlagen (BRD: Strahlenschutzverordnung)
a) Bis August 2001 waren Verwendung, Lagerung und Beseitigung von Startern
nach § 4, Absatz 2, Satz 1 in Verbindung mit Anlage III, Teil A, Nr. 7 der
Strahlenschutzverordnung von 1989 genehmigungs- und anzeigefrei.
Aktivitätsgrenze: 5E+6 Bq/Stück
Grenzwert der Dosisleistung: 1 μSv/h in 10 cm Abstand
