Hello everybody!
I'm about to develop a software to count Cs137 activity in food.
I'm not good in hardware and I think that the cheapest way is to buy GS driver and a detector. I need to choose which model to buy.
I need some help before I buy. Can anybody help?
Please record (using any sound recorder software, in .wav format, one minute is enough) a piece of signal coming out from GS spectrometry driver when detector works under natural background and when detector is irradiated using calibration Cs137 source.
Thanks a lot!
Alexander

Alexander,
Here are the Wav files you asked for.

Please keep us posted on how the software progresses, can you tell how you intend to improve on the software currently available?
