Hi, people. I work at a nuclear pharmacy, and one of the things I do is calibrate survey meters. Sometimes I have questions about the equipment and the physics, and it would be nice to get some expert opinions. And the people here seem to engage with the equipment at a different level than I do, so that's exciting.

Welcome to the forum, I host this forum for the benefit of professional and amateurs in rad detection, I also make the Gammaspectacular products, but this discussion forum is independent from my business and everyone is welcome including competitors. The objective of the forum is to do science and learn from others, so posting is just as important as reading. To keep the forum real and free of trolls we post thoughtfully and sign with real names.
